Family with children well taken care of
The hotel was clean and modern very nice staff helped us with everything we needed. We loved the breakfast on the rooftop it was a great way to start the day with a view but wished we could hang out there longer.
It wasn't exactly cheap but considering the location it was still reasonable.

The room was well-appointed and beautifully maintained, I had perfect experience.
Appreciated our rooms with clean bathroom. The breakfast was rich and freshly prepared exactly as we hoped, with scrambled eggs and pastries. The location was excellent and unbeatable - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go...

The rooftop terrace was awesome for a morning soak in the sun while enjoying great views. The room was compact but well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet considering its central location. I also really appreciated the fast internet connection, perfect for staying connected while on the go.

Very central location at Termini station, friendly reception and 24-hour reception. We received a free upgrade and therefore got a better room category. Our room was on the 4th floor, directly to the street, despite traffic it was quiet during the day and at night. The hotel itself is very badly soundproofed and not optimally insulated. Large bathroom with bathtub and wash basin with enough storage space. The bed was very comfortable, mattress not too hard and not too soft. Sufficient storage space and space for the suitcases in the room. Check-out is at 12 noon, which we appreciated. Around the corner is the Santa Maria, a delicious restaurant with fine Roman menus. We recommend.
In our opinion the breakfast was rather mediocre. It had everything you needed, but somehow something was missing. Because unfortunately there was no fresh coffee, only from the machine, although 4 employees were represented in the breakfast room and "only" stood around. But that's probably a matter of opinion and everyone has to decide for themselves. In our opinion, there is still room for improvement.

The breakfast was freshly prepared at the roof top and the food was gorgeous. Everything was perfect, nevertheless a few employees were busy. The location was perfect, not too far from Via Veneto Street. I enjoyed to be near the train station.
My room had pretty bad view.

Close proximity to Roma Termini Station, rooftop terrace for breakfast, reliable transportation assistance
The area around the hotel is uncomfortable at night!!! Inconsistent air conditioning. Hot water availability issues during peak times were frustrating and detracted from overall comfort!!!

Fulfilled my request to bring... a table!) I was brought to my room a coffee table at my request! )) To be fair, there was a chair by the window and the table was just asking why it wasn't there in the beginning - big question, but it was brought! ) and that's nice ) I also wanted to ask for a cachepot with a live palm tree (there was a corner there for him), but held back ))). I liked the layout of the room! I am an interior designer and it is very important to me always! The design is good!
The hotel had no shoe spoons! The staff said yes, we don't have that kind... There was no bathroom extractor hood working at all... In the morning, instead of singing birds - the noise of road maintenance hammers )))), but not early, from 9:00). Breakfast is monotonous, but it's good. The first hotel with a nasty eggplant... Not the first with a bad coffee. But mozzarella and fresh pineapples saved me ))).

1. The location of Hotel Gioberti is superb, just next to Rome's Termini (central train station). The excellent location and proximity to all public transportation (metro, bus, sightseeing bus, etc.) allow me to get access to all tourist attractions at ease. The famous Basilica of Santa Maria Maggoire is just within walking distance from the hotel. 2. Although the hotel is next to the train station, its indoor is quiet.
1. Staff are quite cool (not being impolite, but not very friendly either). 2. It is recommended to have a mini kettle or water boiler inside each room, so that customers can make their own tea, etc.

The rooftop terrace for breakfast offered a lovely view of the city.
The air conditioning in our initial room was not functioning properly, making it uncomfortable.

The hotel is close to a tube station, but keep in mind there is only 2 lines. It was clean and the breakfast was fair. By the way my expectations were very low and I was very glad when I found the bathroom inside my room.
The neighbourhood is not one of the best, but it was ok for a city trip

No Internet access!!! Very bad for a hotel that costs more that $220!!

A serene stay amidst the chaos
The hotel was a peaceful retreat after long days exploring the lively streets. Breakfast on the rooftop was good, with fresh pastries and fine views of the city.
The noise from the street occasionally disrupted my sleep. I also wished for more luggage space in the room. It felt a bit cramped at times.

Easy to get to from the main train station. Heating was good.
The safe in the room didn't work and was not fixed when reported. Shower only, very small and poor water pressure.

The location was good and breakfast was adequate but the same each morning
The shower is far too small even for a thin person. Once in you can hardly move your arms. Bed far too hard and is like sleeping on a table top
